Kathy Walvoord

Raised in Mason City, Iowa and a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with degree in Marketing, Kathy has been providing extraordinary customer service in a number of roles since college. She enjoys the opportunity to get to know clients on a personal level at Basepoint, developing a great relationship built on service and trust. 

Asked what she enjoys about her position, "I really appreciate the willingness of the leadership team to allow each of us to thrive based on our strengths we each possess. When we have a suggestion or idea to improve a process, it is evaluated and considered and we are encouraged to develop them." 

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys time with her adult children, grandchildren, family and friends. You can find her carving out time to scrapbook, hitting the trails on her bike and traveling. A trip to Hawaii is top on Kathy's list!
