Why are you moving?
We're out of space! In the past couple of years, both our team and service offerings have continued to grow, including the addition of in-house tax services. This move allows us to better serve our clients today while also planning for future growth, collaboration, and comfort for our team and the clients we serve.
Why not just open a second location?
One of the things that makes Basepoint special is the close collaboration between our wealth management and tax teams. Having everyone under one roof creates a level of synergy and connection that’s hard to replicate across multiple offices. We felt the best decision was to keep our entire team together while making it more convenient for clients to access all of our services in one location.
When are you moving?
While we don’t yet have an exact move-in date, we will continue to share updates as plans develop as our timeline becomes more defined. We're aiming for Fall 2026.
Where are you moving?
We will be relocating to a larger space in the NE quadrant of Cedar Rapids, not too far from our current location. We'll share more specifics on the location soon!
What will change for me?
Very little — and that’s the nice part. You’ll continue working with the same advisors and support team you know and trust, with the same level of personalized service you’ve always received. Our new space simply gives us more room to grow and create an even better experience for our clients.
