As a Client Service Associate at Basepoint Wealth, Jazmynn Condon enjoys helping clients navigate the details behind the scenes so they can move confidently toward their financial goals. She finds satisfaction in creating a positive client experience and believes that with patience, thoughtful planning, and a focus on the bigger picture, every challenge has a solution. Passionate about financial literacy, Jazmynn is committed to helping clients advocate for themselves and build a future that reflects their goals and values.

An Iowa native, Jazmynn has lived throughout the Eastern Iowa Corridor and brings a diverse professional background to her role. Before joining Basepoint Wealth, she gained valuable experience with the Department of Transportation and Toyota Financial Services. While her career path has varied, one constant has been her love of working with people. She believes everyone has something to teach us and approaches each interaction as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Her curiosity and determination extend beyond the workplace. She has taught herself to play seven musical instruments and has learned two languages. Away from work, you'll often find Jazmynn spending time with her husband, their son and daughter, and their Shiba Inu. She and her husband are avid competitors in bags and volleyball, and when they're not on the court, they enjoy traveling to and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. 

A longtime RC car enthusiast, Jazmynn also serves as Secretary and Treasurer for Cedar River Speedway, helping support a thriving local RC racing community. The organization hosts races on three tracks throughout the Cedar Rapids area, with some events drawing as many as 120 competing cars.

Her passion for helping others and lifelong love of learning continue to shape both her work and her life outside of Basepoint.
