Operations Supervisor

Hannah grew up in the Cedar Rapids area and graduated from Linn-Mar High School. She later joined the firm in 2020 as a Client Service Associate. After several years assisting senior advisors with their clients, Hannah learned that she enjoys the behind-the-scenes day to day operations of the business. This passion paved the way for her most recent career move as she became our Operations Supervisor in early 2025.

As the Operations Supervisor at Basepoint Wealth/Basepoint Tax, Hannah is dedicated to enhancing the client experience and fostering a supportive environment for our team. Her primary focus is ensuring seamless operations that prioritize client satisfaction, while also providing training opportunities to empower our staff. As our firm continues to grow, she takes pride in evolving alongside it, contributing to the operational success of both Basepoint Wealth and Basepoint Tax.

Outside of work, you can find Hannah cheering on her son at his sporting events and creating cherished memories with loved ones. An active lifestyle keeps her energized—She enjoys cooking, exploring outdoor activities, and tackling home renovations with her significant other. These passions fuel her to approach to every endeavor with enthusiasm and commitment.
